The website is hosted by Vercel. Server functions run in the EU (Stockholm). When you visit, technical logs may include data that is normal for operations and security, for example IP address.

You do not need an account to use the website. There are no customer accounts for ordinary visitors.

We do not ask for unnecessary data, and we do not sell personal data.

Bookings and contact are typically handled by phone. We then process your phone number and what you share in the call (for example name, requested service and time).

The website does not currently have a contact form or online booking. We do not collect name, email or phone number through forms on the site.

The purpose is to respond to enquiries and to book and deliver appointments. The legal basis is legitimate interest and/or that processing is necessary to fulfil an agreement with you.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymised traffic statistics, including measurement of key buttons such as “Call us”. We also use Vercel Speed Insights for anonymised performance measurement.

These tools are cookieless/first-party. They do not require a consent banner, and we do not use marketing cookies.

We only store what is needed for the website to work. Because we do not use consent-requiring marketing cookies, no cookie banner is shown.

If admin or salon display is enabled later, they use their own necessary login cookies that are not part of the normal visitor experience.

We use suppliers that process data on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place where required.

Transfers outside the EEA take place under a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.

This website does not have its own customer database. Personal data from enquiries is typically handled by phone, and where relevant by email, aside from necessary technical logs and anonymised statistics.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purpose, or as long as we are legally required to retain it (for example accounting rules).

Technical logs at suppliers are deleted according to their standard routines.

If online booking is enabled later, booking data will be stored in the database, and this notice will be updated.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and in some cases data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
